Is it just me or do those guys with the Tommies look suspiciously like the zombie robots from Ambush (063) to Brawl (068). Maybe the were repainted or something?

  2. Spore Cannon says:

Loving the robo-mobsters that Hiveman has.

  3. Lulu says:

Perfect menacing jojo moment… please spend two minutes of your day making that second from last part into a jojo meme. Its too perfect to pass.

  4. Y33t says:

Dude, this guy started animated all of the fight scenes in the comic like the breaker animation you did, their not that bad.

  5. ThatEntityGirl says:

Okay what’s the official design for Pivot’s gun? I swear to god it changes every panel it appears in

  6. I hate seeing Socket hurt, but deaf is better than death.

And I recently found an awesome song for Pivot and Socket. Clicky the name.

    1. Stone says:

That’s one wonderful and very fitting song there you’ve found there. I salute you sir or ma’am.

  7. TorchicEX says:

So in retrospect, it was a double bang. Fair play sir, fair play…but stop playing with my emotions! Poor Socket must be scared to death, but relieved she has a super powerful girlfriend in the room with her as we speak.

  8. Butts says:

Thank goodness, the Bang was from Pivot…Now kick his butt.

    1. Angel of shadow says:

P sure the bang was from both of them, but whatever.

You post every two weeks I just figured that out

  10. Gojira Tanaka says:

You threaten Pivot’s waifu, you forfeit your laifu!

  11. HollowRetirbution says:

Hey Pivot if he manages to escape, I know someone who you could contact to hunt him down and kill him.

  12. Ariso says:

That was close, way to close!

  13. Playwars says:

Nice shot Pivot. And damn, “Piper’s dead” is a really nice line, acknowledging that she’s her own person, not the copy of someone else.

All the robots have glowing red eyes. Kinda sus, not gonna lie

    1. Zedrin says:

      das cause they’re Hivemind’s bots :v

  15. Judeo says:

Is this gonna be a trilogy of cliffhangers?

Gyro bashes through the barrier to save Pivot from the bots.

    1. Stone says:

      *I’m counting on this!*

    2. Stone says:

Unrelated but it just occurred to me… How’d you use bold and italics in this comment section? I’m not sure what’s the markup for those comments and I have hardly an idea what to look up to learn it.

      1. Judeo says:

Zed uses WordPress for the comic, so I looked up codes used in WordPress to express bold and italics.

        For bold:
        For italics:
        (Remove the periods I added)

        1. Judeo says:

          Nevermind, the period does nothing.
          Bold: [strong][/em]
          Italic: [em][/em]
          replace the [ ] with

          1. Judeo says:

“strong” and “em” enclosed with the less than [] symbol.

          2. Judeo says:

            “less than” and “greater than”

          3. Judeo says:

            < and >

          4. Stone says:

Kindly thank you for the explanation.
Now let’s try some of that magic!

Can anyone remind me who Piper is?

    1. Leer Senso says:

Pivot’s previous life before becoming the smexy robot she is. I don’t think it has been revealed yet if she is a human turned robot (highly unlikely), her conscience transferred into the frame, or a complete reconstruction of Piper.

But that’s assuming she was human to begin with, since the Hivemind is also a robot, we don’t know if he is her biological dad turned robot like Pivot, if he built her and she was never human, or robots can reproduce.

      1. renadt says:

Piper and Hivewell/Hivemind were humans who had their minds transferred to mechanical bodies- Piper due to illness, and Hivewell because why the hell not. Hivewell practically mindraped her and caused her to pretty much commit suicide.

        1. Gojira Tanaka says:

Yes, exactly that… the scientist that ignored morals

  17. Anonymous says:

Epic twist: Pivot is dead 🙁

    1. Anonymous says:

      This is very not epic

  18. Stone says:

Thank GlaDOS! Socket’s fine! Well, mostly anyway.
I love how badass PV got right on cue when Socket was in mortal peril. But… yeah, why did she hand over the recording device? If that was just to appease Hivemind then… it’s still unreasonable thing to do. Unless she was streaming that live to HQ anyway. Hm… Well, at any rate, let’s hope that she’ll be able to block those shots with one of her “tools”.

    1. glitterboy2098 says:

i’d guess it was streaming to HQ.
though we’re not told specifically when the mission is detailed.

but if it was a passive recorder i don’t think that it would have been detected at all.

      1. Stone says:

Ah, that makes sense. That device was a bug!
So yes, no biggie really it would seem.

  19. Knightshade86 says:

Um pivot why did you give him the recording device

    1. Knightshade86 says:

Also nice shot I think you need to be reevaluated

    2. Rusty Horns says:

Probably a decoy, and anyway she can just, record it herself and play it back.

  20. The Wise Mankey says:

“Let the record show you asked for it!”

  21. Daybreaker7 says:

    Thank god, Sockets okay.

    1. Anonymous says:

      GEEZES, yes!

  22. Commodore James says:

Relieved for Socket, but for Pivot- go get em’
